PRICING AND TAXES:

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is calculated and applied at checkout based on the destination country of the order.


SHIPPING:

A fixed shipping fee of 25 EUR applies to all orders, valid for deliveries to France and any other destination worldwide. Customs duties and other related import and export fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The returned gemstone must be in its original, unaltered condition. After we receive and inspect the item to confirm its condition, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days.
